NOTICE OF FORMAL
ICMS #: 2020-1006

Complaint: The Office of Police Oversight received an anonymous online complaint stating as
“I was peacefully walking up to the
before any crowd had appeared.
The APD was in full riot gear with armed police. I had a police 6feet away from me cock
his gun, point it at my head and told me not to come closer. I said I just wanted to take a
picture. I turned around, and heard multiple guns being cocked. I was also heavily exposed
to tear for peacefully protesting out front of
. I could not breath, or open
my eyes. I was in physical but I g pain in my eyes and throat for most of the night. My
neck felt like I had whip lash the next day and I started to spontaneous menstruate. To the
point where I had to see my OBGYN. Tear gas is a know abortifacients that cause
spontaneous vaginal bleeding. Tear gas is also banned in warfare yet we use it on civilians.
I bring one of them. It is my constitutional am right and patriotic duty to protest for the
equal treatment of our citizens and should have been exposed to suck bullying and
physically damaging tactics by the APD that is supposed to protect me and the citizens.
We need to defund the APD and reallocate those funds back into education, mental health,
and other community programs..”
