COMMUNITY POLICE REVIEW COMMISSION (CPRC)
Regular Monthly Meeting
February 1st, 2021 6:00 p.m. CST
Members of the public are welcome to join this meeting. To join, click the zoom link and it will
open the Zoom meeting. If you don't already have Zoom installed on your device, you may want
to join early to get set up. You will be asked to enter a passcode, which is CPRC.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Public comment will be allowed via Zoom. All speakers must register 48 hours in advance
(December 5th, 2020 by Noon).
All public comment will occur at the end of the meeting. To speak remotely at the Community
Police Review Commission, residents must: Email or call the CPRC at CPRC@austintexas.gov
or (512) 974-9000.
The information required is the speaker name, contact information, and the agenda item(s) they
wish to speak on. The public meeting of the Community Police Review Commission will be held
virtually on Zoom at 6:00pm.

Commission about the above items. If you wish to address the Community Police Review
Commission, please sign up 48 hours in advance of the public session.

The Community Police Review Commission consists of 10 unpaid volunteers appointed by the
city manager to:

Make policy-level recommendations regarding discipline, training, community
relations, and the complaint process.
•
Address any other issues of concern by the community.
•
Review patterns and practices of the Austin Police Department.
•
Assess critical incidents and review individual cases of police misconduct.
•
Make fair and objective recommendations, and make decisions based only on the facts
and evidence.
