Complaint: The Office of Police Oversight received a complaint alleging that Officer [Redacted], caused
damage to complainant’s vehicle by striking it three to four times with a flashlight. Complainant asked
Officer why he hit his vehicle. Officer communicated that he thought that his foot was about to be run over
by the car.
Additional information: Complainant has provided the OPO with photographs of the vehicle.
