NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
January 12, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0007
On January 4, 2022 the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: I filed two reports
and
I contacted to ask
what the officer had found about this particular vehicle. I got a call from a civilian who gave me
the runaround and told me at officer in charge of that case would call me. That has been over a
month ago and I have heard nothing. So I still don’t know the status on that vehicle, whether it
was stolen, or what happened. Once again a PD needs Better community policing.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
