NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
January 12, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0011
On January 4, 2022 the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: Her Son,
, was arrested and six police officers jumped on, tased
him and dragged him with a car and his legs are numb and he cannot walk, and he is in a wheelchair
and is in jail. His teeth and face are messed up and it was all uncalled for. The officers should be
investigated because they did not have any right to run over him with a car. Her son was taken to
the hospital, and now he cannot walk.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
