to get his car. The total charges including the tow company that he hired to pick up his car and
fees amounted to over $400, which he should not have to pay because the car
was stranded on the freeway for less than 6 hours.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
