NOTICE OF COMPLAINT March 11, 2022 ICMS #: 2022-0169 On March 9, 2022 the OPO received a phone complaint. The complainant alleges: On , he reported to APD that someone vandalized his vehicle, stole his $4,000 wheelchair, and his prescription sunglasses. He did not get a call back from APD until , and no one has called him back since then. The complainant called APD again because his vehicle was broken into again and he still has not received a call back. The complainant stated the detective in charge of his case does not seem to care and he wants to file this complaint so there is a record that he did reach out to APD. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
