NOTICE OF COMPLAINT March 11, 2022 ICMS #: 2022-0179 On March 10, 2022 the OPO received a phone complaint. The complainant alleges: He has reported a number of complaints to 311 regarding the camping ban around but has not gotten any response from APD. He has stopped police officers on horses on and asked if it was against the law to camp on the lake and they have responded yes and that there is a special APD unit that handles homeless camps. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
