NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
March 11, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0180
On March 10, 2022 the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: The complainant made a police report for stolen identity. APD stated
in the report that they reached out to hear but they did not. APD reported that the accounts were
opened online but the person who stole her identity went to her bank and withdrew $2,000 and the
bank camera footage should reflect that. There were many officers involved in the false
investigation. The complainant stated the police report is a lie and there needs to be a re-
investigation of her case because the incident is going against her credit.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
