On March 29, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: The complainant's ex-husband,
is harassing her and
her children despite a restraining order. He relinquished his parental rights years ago and has
suddenly shown up in
where the complainant and her children live. He is not supposed to
contact her but does so on social media and via email.

on the way to school. He came to her house and tried to catch her kids coming home from school.
Police came and were with him outside the house for several hours because he was refusing to
leave.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
