On April 6, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: I was at
refused to pull his mask over his mouth and nose, in violation of federal mandate
within an airport. When I asked him, he was combatant and said I should be six feet away from
him and refused to address the fact he was breaking a federal mandate.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
