On April 19, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: Complainant alleges that a woman drove into a building at this location.
Complainant alleges the driver was on drugs and under the influence. Complainant alleges drunk,
stoned people with no license are being allowed by APD to act this way and believes APD should
have done something. Driver was allegedly not cited or arrested, was able to leave the scene with
another individual.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
