      • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
      • Varicella; the chickenpox vaccine (VAR)
      • Meningococcal (MCV4)
    • Shots for adults
      • DTaP, DT, or DTP
      • Hepatitis A
      • Hepatitis B
      • HPV
      • Meningitis (through age 21)
      • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
      • Pneumonia
      • Tdap/Td
      • Varicella; the chickenpox vaccine (VAR)
      • Shingles

  • Find the clinic nearest you

  • Find available appointment times.

  • Call 512-972-5520 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to make an appointment.

  • Bring the required items with you to your appointment:

    • Your shot records
    • Your Medicaid card if you have one
    • Your payment
      • $10 per dose of vaccine for children
      • $25 per dose of vaccine for adults
      • $20 for a TB test
      • No one is refused services if they are unable to pay.

Child immunizations requirements

The Texas Department of State Health Services requires children to get certain immunizations to attend schools and childcare facilities. Learn more about child-care immunization requirements for children under the age of five here and immunization requirements for students K-12. If you don’t have Medicaid or are already insured, you can make an appointment with a private doctor or clinic for immunizations shots.
